Welcome to INFINITY OCEAN MARKETING MANAGEMENT L.L.C. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
INFINITY OCEAN provides professional marketing management, digital strategy, and brand consulting services. All engagements are subject to a separate service agreement or statement of work ("SOW") which outlines specific deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with reasonable prior notice to active clients.
Payments for services are due in accordance with the selected service package or the agreed milestone schedule outlined in your SOW. We accept payments via major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe, as well as bank wire transfers.
Clients agree to provide timely access to all necessary materials, brand assets, accounts, and approvals required for the successful execution of services. Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required information may impact project timelines and deliverables.
All content, trademarks, logos, service marks, and visual materials displayed on this website are the property of INFINITY OCEAN MARKETING MANAGEMENT L.L.C or their respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any marks or content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables produced under their SOW. INFINITY OCEAN retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and case studies unless a confidentiality clause is in effect.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INFINITY OCEAN MARKETING MANAGEMENT L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or related to the use of our services or website.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement for a period of two (2) years.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any material breach of these Terms. Clients may terminate ongoing service packages by providing 30 days' written notice. Fees for work already completed prior to termination are non-refundable.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
INFINITY OCEAN reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
