This policy applies to all service packages, custom engagements, and one-time projects purchased through our website or agreed upon via signed service agreements.
Our services are professional in nature and involve the immediate allocation of human resources, strategic expertise, research time, and proprietary methodologies upon engagement. Due to this, refund eligibility is determined based on the stage of service delivery at the time of the refund request.

We strongly encourage clients to discuss any service concerns with their account manager before initiating a cancellation, as we may be able to address issues and adjust the engagement to better meet your needs.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Include the following details: your full name, company name, date of payment, transaction reference or invoice number, reason for the refund request, and the amount in question.
Step 3: Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a determination within 7 business days.
Step 4: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (via Stripe) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing times.
All approved refunds are processed through Stripe, our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note:

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations under a service agreement due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, or widespread internet or infrastructure failures. In such cases, affected services may be postponed, and refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
INFINITY OCEAN reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
